I ordered a 36-colour 40 x 50cm canvas. Please see the 2 photos below, one is the expected result and the other is the final product. The canvas I received had a lot of tones missing, the dog was purple?.. the lady’s face was very textured, the smile disappeared. Definitely a fun experience and I’d like to order again but the product I receive wasn’t what you expected.

I’m really impressed with the drills on my first custom from this company. Not a bad drill among them, and all the same size. They fit perfectly. Also a good quality canvas, and easy to read symbols. Also great service, and not a long wait. I haven’t got too far with the picture yet, so can’t comment too much on that, but from the amount I’ve done so far, I have high hopes

The process for ordering was very smooth. I uploaded the photo and placed the order. Within one day, Norah was sending me a preview of how it would look like. I asked them to do a little tweaking on the colors, which they did and approve the layout. The kit came in a couple weeks and I could track it the whole time. The paints were very creamy and covered the lines and numbers in the first coat most of the times. The canvas was not the plastic type that I had before from another store. This one was made of fabric and was very soft. The picture size matches the ordered size.
I ordered this custom kit as a Christmas gift for my mother in law. It is a photo of her new born grandchild that I took while she was holding it one day. I'm very satisfied with Cartoncillo and already have 2 more kits on the way.
The paints were lovely to work with and even though my custom paint by numbers had a little error the team were very friendly and understanding. Would place an order with them again 😊
Brilliant service from start to end, extremely easy ordering and arrived in very timely manner. I've started the kit and I'm really impressed with the drill quality and the ease of placing them, they fit the grid lines perfectly and so far not had a sticky or misshapen drill.
